see, i don't care! 2010-02-26 | 0 Diamond[s] 2010.02.24 (Wednesday) The day i died of shame. It was section C's time to host a seminar. Our group was divided into two and my group was assigned to to host the seminar on the afternoon. Unfortunately, in the middle of our speaker's speech, brownout stroked. We, my group, got so worried. We have generators at our school however during that time, it got broken. We felt very hopeless that time so our leader decided that we proceed with giving the audience their snacks. After their snacks, unfortunately, brownout pa rin. So sabi ng leader namin, mg intermission number nalang daw kami. Since brownout nga, acoustic ang ginawa namin. The first number was from Jini, Crystal and Frances. They sang Taylor Swift's songs and honestly, it was really good. After singing 3 songs, Jini called me and announced to the crowd that I would be singing next. I was super scared and nervous, I thought kasi Jini and Sheilou will join me infront, hindi pala. I sang I Don't Care however during the 2nd verse and bridge, i sang the english version which made the crown silent. And they even cheered when i said 'Now lemme break this down for you' instead of 'Now clap your hands to this'. That was so crazy. After i sang, they said, Fire naman. Naisip ko tuloy, ano ako, radyo?! Lols! I was shaking during the time i stood infront of almost all the 4th year nursing students and clinical instructors. Luckily, Kuya Chico (who played the beat box) and Ronan (who played the guitar) coordinated well although wala kaming practice. After i sang, I said to myself i never wanna do it again. It was so shameful. Lalo na pag minsan makita ako ng ibang students bigla silang kakanta ng i don't care. Aigoooooooo~~~~~ |
